A space to check in on your self care + well being! Join this monthly peer support group. A relaxed and nurturing gathering with a lounge-like mocktail hour vibe that lasts 45-60mins. Each season, we explore one of the 4 Pillars of Self-Care through the Self Care Creature lens. Participants are invited to share their focus within the season's pillar. Together we participate in a themed practice, engage in well-being discussions, and set light goals for the month ahead. All sharing + participation optional.
