Courtney's Yoga Intention

My intention with this yoga part of the studio, as with the entire studio, as you know - is for you to get to know yourself better!

Honestly, with the movement pieces here in yoga, as well as in functional movement, rather than giving you just full classes and full workouts, It is a pleasure of mine to break things down and help you learn how you can find your own movements, flow and feels in your body.

A lot of these will be short flows that you may learn over time to piece together. Also, lots of little break downs! Simple things like hand positioning, how joints stack or how they slip into place properly (I am especially big on joint safety because of my hyper-mobility).

I hope this helps you get a little better feel for whats coming and as aways, ENJOY YOURSELF!
