SCC Mindful Movement is a space where you can come and simply be with your body. No matter where you are in your journey, it's essential to create space in your life for deeper self-awareness. Movement, when approached outside the confines of fitness culture, becomes a powerful tool for reconnecting with your nervous system and gaining insight into your body’s responses. The more you understand how your body reacts, the better you can support it.
