Some Commonly Asked Questions...

What's the "big deal" with water?

Water is the most common nutrient deficiency in the United States. Our bodies are made up of 70%+ water. Our entire being depends on water - properly formed cells, fluid muscles, viscus organs, lubricated joints and more. As a whole we are chronically dehydrated and overly caffeinated. We need water to properly function as a human being. It's kind of a big deal.

Okay, sure, but are there more tangible, motivating results?

How about...

  1. More energy, especially mornings and afternoons
  2. Less head fog, daze and grogginess
  3. Feeling more comfortable and confident in your body
  4. Faster bounce back from indulgences

Did you know...

It takes upwards of one week to become properly hydrated and that's if you are able to follow the formula to a T - spoiler: you won't be able to.

I see you out there, raising your eyebrow, ready to rise to the challenge of chugging all the water. Look, habits are sneaky lil buggers that can be real hard to change.

This isn't about strong arming yourself into anything.

This is about creating a sustainable long term relationship with your body that's based in acceptance, understanding and perhaps (one day), love.

Take it slow. Let yourself fail and get the F back up and keep going. If you don't fail, you don't learn!

f you have ANY comments, feedback, or suggestions for me, I'd love to hear what you have to say; all ya have to do is email [email protected]! Wishing you well and sending loads of (consensual) hugs and love!!
